I am glad that you chose to visit our website and learn more about our Illustrious sorority, that is, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. My name is Ny’Anza Palmer, and I serve as the president of The Almighty Alpha Chapter for the 2025-2026 school year! 

Being a part of this sorority is something that I take great pride in. To join Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.. is to join a family that celebrates your wins and coaches you through your losses.  Our sorority is built on the principles of sisterhood, scholarship, and service. 

These principles create a strong foundation for lifelong success by enhancing both professional and personal development and serve as a great stepping stone towards your desired future. 

The Almighty Alpha Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. has a variety of unique events planned for this upcoming year. These include educational workshops focused on academic achievement, community service initiatives that give back to our neighborhoods, and social gatherings designed to cultivate strong relationships among members and the campus community. Each event is designed to strengthen our community and reach out to others as well.

I implore you to take a look throughout our chapter and national website to see the legacy that was started on November 12, 1922, on this campus at the hands of our 7 pearls (founders). You will find  a sorority filled with trailblazing, groundbreaking, high-achieving, and history-making women. 

Now that you’ve been to our site, we don’t want you to stop just there. I invite you to talk to the members you see on campus and community! Our chapter members are in heavily involved on campus if you see someone out, please do not hesitate to speak and introduce yourselves!
